Press passes are available for accredited organizations on a limited basis. The meals and dinner banquet must be purchased separately ahead of time.

Audio or videotaping during the conference is permitted for short periods of time only.

The conference will be videotaped and DVDs and audio CDs of each talk will be available. However, if you talk with us ahead of time, some limited recording may be possible. You are welcome to make arrangements outside the conference times to interview Margie Kay and speakers in advance.
